Good overall condition for its age with no obvious damage, some tarnishing, minor scratches to the barrel and jewel on the end, and levers to release and retract pen nib or pencil lead are a little stiff.
Some lead is available at the moment but will need refilling soon, and nib has a twist mechanism to release and retract lead. Dip pen holder will need a nib and should fit most styles, so you can choose one to suit your needs.
