Eligible Items: Items that arrive damaged or defective must be returned with all original packaging and, if applicable, attached tags. Please note that some items, such as those on sale or clearance, may not qualify for return and this will be detailed at the time of purchase.

Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed. Please note if you have decided you no longer want the item for any reason, you will be liable for the return postage costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
