A lovely leather on brass travelling Inkwell in the form of a miniature Gladstone Bag. The leather is patterned to look like crocodile skin. C1890.

Condition commensurate with age and usage but still an attractive novelty collectable. The handle is slightly ’vulnerable’ but intact and the hinges/catches work well, it has inner inkwell, and just some minor cracking of the leather where got brittle with age!
