A lovely delicate decorative scroll design chatelaine pencil holder in hallmarked silver, Francis Webb 1920, Birmingham.
In good overall condition with some age related marks and pencil is almost used up, but could be repleced.
Nice item to adorn a necklace or similar, or to have as a collectors piece.
